On July 24th Hugh Frazer, Adjunct Professor at NUI Maynooth & Coordinator of the European Commission's Network of Independent Experts on Social Inclusion made a presentation at our 4th Knowledge Exchange Forum. The event explored participation and social justice advocacy and Hugh's presentation looked at 'A legitimacy test? National and European perspectives on participation'.
